WSOF32: Phil Hawes Returns To Face Louis Taylor on July 30

On Saturday July 30th 2016 World Series of Fighting will be live with WSOF32 in Everett Washington. The event will be held in Everett’s XFINITY Arena and be broadcast live on NBCSN at 7:30 Pacific/10:30 Eastern. This marks the promotions first event in Washington State.

Phil Hawes (4-0) will jump back in to the cage just six weeks after making his debut with the promotion at WSOF31, where he scored a 1st round TKO. His opponent Louis Taylor is coming off a quick :29 first round submission win over Cory DeVela. Hawes is replacing Shamil Gamzatov who was forced to with draw from the bout due to personal reasons.

Also on the Card we have a sibling rivalry bout as Phoenix Jones (6-1-1) The Seattle Super Hero, or AKA Ben Fodor by his civilian name takes on his adopted brother Caros “The Future” Fodor (10-5) in a 162 catchweight battle. A pair of unbeaten featherweight fights also look to impress as Hakeem “Mean” Dawodu” (5-0-1) will meet Marat Magomedov (7-0-1) on the preliminary portion of the card. additional prelim bouts are expected to be released soon.

In the evenings Co-Main event we have a rematch for the WSOF Featherweight Title as Lance Palmer (10-2) looks to regain the title against the man who took it from him Alexandre “Capaitao” Almeida. The Main Event of the evening is a World Bantamweight title bout in which reining and defending Champion Marlon Moraes (16-4-1) will attempt to make his second successful title defense against Josh “Gentlemen” Hill (14-1).
